Daughter of the Leopard is finally at our local library system, KCLS. We went yesterday to visit the copy I had placed on hold, at Lake Hills, our cute small neighborhood library. This was deeply poignant: we both raised our kids from tiny going to this library! And now we were picking up our own book there! Really, really special.
After we snuggled it and admired it and flipped through the pages, and took pics with it all through the library (😆), we returned it right away. There's a decently-long queue of folks waiting to read it, with multiple holds placed. Off to a real reader! What a blessing!! 💜💜💜
